This new Northwest contemporary home takes full advantage of the extensive lake and mountain views on both floors.  By carefully developing and refining the overall floorplan, we were able to maximize usage and flexibility, thus increasing the sale potential on this spec home.  The economy of simple but clean details and straightforward construction created a successful project for both the builder and the future homeowner.
