Kirkland (West of Market)

A special project with many challenging design aspects, but well worth the effort.  

     -No room for a driveway, no problem let's park on top of the house!  

     -Very steep site dropping to the lake, no problem, lets step the house down the grade creating retaining walls and an effective design solution! 

The challenges go on and on and the solutions brought forward by the entire team, from owner, architect, engineer and all those onsite created a truly special retreat.
